Use LINZ Land Record Search for an individual title or survey record. LINZ currently lists a fee of $8 per record. The service cannot search by a person’s name or run bulk searches. The open NZ Property Titles layer is not the complete title register and excludes ownership information; check current fees and access conditions before ordering.
